No. AskQ is a standalone platform and does not require users to have their own ChatGPT, Copilot or OpenAI subscription.

The AI capabilities are built directly into AskQ, so users simply log in and start asking questions against their business data.

No. Customer data submitted through AskQ is not used to train OpenAI models.

AskQ uses OpenAI’s API platform rather than the consumer ChatGPT product. Data is processed to generate the requested response, but it is not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models.

AskQ has a full security model built into the platform.

This includes role-based access controls and data-level security, so users only see the data they are authorised to access. Where applicable, AskQ can align with the customer’s source system security model.

This means different users can ask similar questions but receive answers based only on the data they are permitted to see.

Implementation depends on the customer’s data environment, source systems and data complexity.

For supported environments, AskQ can be set up quickly. In some cases, depending on data availability and volume, customers may be able to start using AskQ within a day or two.
